Allmain Pty Ltd (Allmain) provides a range of services on a National basis to Financial Institutions either on a direct basis, or through their nominated representative. Allmain specializes in all areas supporting the Mortgagee in possession.

Our success is based on meeting individual Client requirements through an extensive network of Licenced Commercial Agents and Contractors, who are regularly evaluated to ensure their conduct is of the highest standard.

Allmain has the proven ability to manage files compliant with individual Client needs and can value add through the use of our interactive web site which facilitates:

• File confidentiality via a secure 128 bit and individual data encryption
• Simplicity and ease of use with real time file modification via ‘file notes’ replacing the need for separate emails and phone messages
• Streamlined, real time progress reporting
• Client generated statistics readily available on entire suite of files managed by Allmain on behalf of the Client
• Provides an interface for all relevant parties e.g. (Client, Lawyers, Mortgage Insurers) with individual logins and site / file access levels determined by the Client
• Closed files remain on line for future secure reference, minimizing Client data storage requirements

The Company Directors are Mervyn Samuel Wagner and Kay Lorraine Wagner, who are actively involved in daily operations and readily available to discuss Client requirements.
