Attend property and serve relevant legal documentation as required by the client.

Lock Change and Securing of Property – Vacant Possession

Attend property, change the lock combination and secure.

Full submission to be provided which includes:

  1. Cover Letter
  2. Condition Report
  3. Key Letter, if applicable
  4. Photographs
  5. Recommendations

Marketing – Property Sale Management

Allmain Pty Ltd staff have the skill and knowledge to complete a file in it’s entirety but at all times maintaining a high standard of integrity towards achieving the best result possible.

Allmain Pty Ltd marketing includes:

  1. Obtaining real estate agent’s marketing proposals
  2. Obtaining a certified valuer’s report
  3. Completing a full submission along with recommendations as to the appointment of a real estate agent
  4. Appointing the approved real estate agent and advised all other they were unsuccessful on this occasion
  5. Obtaining necessary quotes and attending to all maintenance work
  6. Working with the real estate agent whether it be an auction or a private treaty sale to obtain the highest possible sale price

Evictions

An Allmain representative will liaise with the Sheriff/Bailiff and attend the property on the required date and time.

Allmain will attend to all specific requirements such as locksmith, removalists and any other specialists or matters that may arise.

  2. Eviction Report
  3. Signed Documentation, depending on state and legal requirements
  4. Key Letter, if applicable
  5. Photographs
  6. Recommendation

Supervised Access

An Allmain representative will provide access to all relevant parties on sighting identification, will monitor access and secure the property on departing.
